11 public library systems migrate to One

300 + public libraries join together 

NEW FEATURES:

• Library Card with fob and improved security measures
• Increase in borrowing limit to 100 items at one time
• A centralized notification system for holds and late charges, including email
• Amazing new features on the catalogue

CHANGES TO LATE CHARGES:

• An end to late charges on all childrens material
  
• Increase of late charges on young adult material to $0.20/day from $0.10/day
• Increase of late charges on adult material to $0.30/day from $0.20/day
• No increase in late charges for DVD's
